CLEVELAND, OHIO – November 2003 – GE Lighting, based in Cleveland, Ohio, and Lighting Technologies International, based in Baldwin Park, CA, have joined forces to design, develop, and distribute several new lamps for the medical, industrial and scientific markets. The first of these lamps is the 300W ceramic xenon lamp used in the medical field for minimal invasive surgery.

GE Lighting will distribute the ceramic xenon lamps, built to GE Lighting’s specifications and branded with the GE name, and manufactured exclusively by Lighting Technologies International. In addition, both companies have committed to continually expanding their lamp product offerings to meet the growing and rapidly changing needs of the specialty discharge lighting market.
