BALDWIN PARK, CA - February 2004 - Lighting Technologies International (LTI), a specialty discharge lighting company that designs, manufactures and markets specialty discharge light sources, has raised $5 million in Series B Preferred Stock. Investors include Shepherd Ventures, Stone Canyon Venture Partners, and a select group of individual investors. Ampersand Ventures, the main Series A investor, also participated in the round.
