Ken is LTI’s founder, President & CEO. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Ken has great vision and technical competence in a wide range of light source technologies. He has developed and brought to market xenon, mercury xenon, ceramic, and watercooled lamps; fiber optic illumination, lamp modules, power supplies, and lighting systems. His background in system applications includes cinema film projection, printed circuit board photo exposure systems, searchlights, fiber optic illumination, solar simulation, and video projection.
Tom is LTI's Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He brings to LTI fifteen years of marketing and general management experience in the semiconductor and specialty chemical industry, where he led the development and commercialization of a range of new products. Prior to LTI, Tom was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Accretech USA, a major global supplier of semiconductor capital equipment.
Ana is LTI’s Vice President of Sales. With over 18 years of experience in the cinema, entertainment, PCB and medical markets, Ana has established and led distribution and OEM sales strategies in the many diverse markets that LTI serves. Prior to LTI, Ana was Global Distribution Sales Manager for PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, where she established and managed distributors worldwide for a wide array of products.
